The developer's standard includes outside: anthracite matte sheet metal roofing with eaves, insulation with 20 cm polystyrene along with a structure in white color and gray decorations, balustrade, window sills, drainage. There is a possibility of detailing the implementation in the following scope: finishing with decorative paving around the house, making a panel fence with a gate and wicket, installation of a heat source. The mortgage on the plot/building is not encumbered. The buyer is exempt from the PCC 2% tax - saving about 15000 PLN when signing the notarial deed.
