Kusocińskiego Investment from Unidevelopment is an intimate project located in Gdańsk’s Morena. External common areas: recreational area and gardens have been designed according to the approach of Danish urban planner Jan Gehl, who believed that what happens “between buildings” defines the quality of life in the city. Therefore, we focused on small architecture at its best: sun loungers, benches, cascading seats, gazebo with a picnic area, and atmospheric lighting, or chess table.
