The Koszalin Housing Cooperative "Przylesie" offers for sale under auction a residential unit (separate ownership) at ul. Lelewela 4c/8 in Koszalin (with an area of 48.20 m2), located on the third floor of a four-story building.

The unit consists of two rooms, a kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom with a toilet.

The price stated in the advertisement is the starting price and is 279,560.00 PLN (5,800.00 PLN/m2).

The auction increment is a minimum of 1,000 PLN.

The unit can be viewed by prior agreement with the employee of the Cooperative Administration named Sniadecki in Koszalin at ul. Jana Pawła II 4a (by phone: 94 345 32 38).

The auction will take place on 06/18/2025 (Wednesday) at 11:00 AM at the Cooperative's headquarters at ul. Falata 13 in Koszalin.

To participate in the auction, a person must submit a deposit of 10,000 PLN. The deposit will be returned to all participants of the auction after its conclusion, except for the winner or those who withdraw before the bidding begins.

The deposit can be submitted at the Cooperative's cash desk or by bank transfer to the account of KSM "Przylesie".
