Land 20ha - agritourism, fish ponds, agriculture. I present to you 20ha of agricultural plots divided into 3 pieces, very close to each other in the village of Wrzepia located in the Małopolskie Voivodeship, in the Brzesko County, in the Szczurowa Commune. The Szczurowa Commune is located in the northwestern part of the Sandomierz Basin at the lower bank of the Uszwica and Raba rivers and within the Vistula valley. The soil environment in the commune area is quite diverse, largely due to the diversity of geological substrate, granulometric composition, vegetation cover, and variability of anthropogenic factors. In the commune area, agricultural land occupies the largest area at 78.13%, forests account for 9.55%, and flowing waters for 1.12%. The area of built-up land constitutes only 3.67% of the total area of the commune. The Szczurowa commune area is characterized by a dense hydrographic network located in the Vistula basin. The total length of rivers and streams is about 85 km, which is why the presented plot is ideal for agritourism activities, creating private ponds, animal husbandry, ecological farming, etc. The plot numbers 299, 418, and 416/2 have an area of 20 ha and 10a. According to the soil type list, the plot has meadows of soil class II and III. Currently, the plot is not covered by the local zoning plan, however, the conditions study marked the plot with the symbol RZ. The areas designated as RZ, R - green areas.
