INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION

The Parkowa estate consists of 102 apartments: 44 in the first stage, 30 in the second, and 38 in the third stage of construction, as well as 6 commercial premises.

ALL STAGES OF THE INVESTMENT ARE ALREADY COMPLETED.

In the second stage, we built 30 residential units with areas ranging from 31 m2 to 74 m2. We offer apartments, 3- and 4-room units, as well as storage rooms and comfortable parking spaces in the garage.

3-Room Apartments

The most popular three-room apartments are characterized by the greatest variety. They include a kitchenette, a living area, and two bedrooms. Additionally, ground floor apartments have one or two gardens and separate entrances. Available sizes range from 65.1 to 68.8 m2.

4-Room Apartments

To meet the housing needs of large families or individuals who require more space, we created four-room apartments of approximately 74 m2 in the second stage. These apartments feature interesting functional solutions, one of which is an additional WC.

Along with the residential units, we are mandatorily selling parking spaces in the garage, which will solve the problem of finding a parking space and parking cars in prohibited areas.

In the third stage, we offer two-room apartments with sizes ranging from 46.0 to 50.3 m2; three-room apartments. Additionally, there is an option to purchase cellars in Building Parkowa 6A or storage rooms in Building Parkowa 6C.

2-Room Apartments

Two-room apartments with areas from 46.0 m2 to 50.3 m2 are an ideal solution for those who value comfort and functionality. The offer includes various apartment layouts that allow for space customization to individual needs. Each apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and hallway, providing necessary comfort to residents. An additional advantage is the spacious balconies or terraces.

3-Room Apartments

For those who prioritize freedom and comfort, we have prepared three-room apartments with sizes from 62.4 m2 to 68.6 m2. The units consist of: hallway, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, and two rooms that can serve as bedrooms, an office, or a children's room.

Attention should also be paid to the duplex apartments on the ground floor with a separate entrance from the outside. Their advantage is large green terraces, electric external blinds on the ground floor, and a large and comfortable living space designed with kitchen, dining, and relaxation areas.
