English description provided below.
A three-room apartment in a unique soft industrial style, freshly after a full renovation that is just being completed.
The visualizations accurately reflect the actual condition. The apartment was designed by the Latre Design architectural studio.
The apartment is located on a high ground floor of a post-war reconstructed tenement house in the New Town, directly opposite the Sapieha Palace. It consists of two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. The bathroom features a shower cabin.
Original exposed red brick, decorative concrete plaster by Jegger, wooden floors, bathroom tiles from Maciej Zień's collection, window recesses decorated with molding, and partial surface-mounted electrical installation in an industrial style. To evoke the atmosphere of the Old and New Town tenements, the wooden window joinery was restored.
The kitchen cabinets, two built-in wardrobes, and bathroom furniture were custom-made by a carpenter.
Due to its location in the city's tourist area, with access to car traffic, the apartment is ideal for both short- and long-term rentals.
Nearby attractions include the Multimedia Fountain Park, New Town Market Square, Warsaw Barbican, and the Vistula Boulevards.
Within a few minutes' walking distance: Zabka, Biedronka, cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy, and service shops.
I highly recommend and invite you to see the loft in person.
