The parking space has a separate land and mortgage register. The price of the parking space is 35,000 PLN.

The building is managed by the Youth Housing Cooperative.
The rent of the apartment is about 510 PLN (including an advance for heating) + water according to consumption + waste per person. There are no debts whatsoever.

As part of the payment, there is a possibility of leaving your apartment as a settlement. This is convenient because in one transaction you can sell your current apartment and move to a new - renovated apartment. This also offers additional tax benefits - lower PCC tax.
