About the Parkowa Estate:
The second stage of the Parkowa Estate completes the development of the plot after the former "Rondo" hotel. We started the revitalization of this space with the renovation of the building at Parkowa 2. Over 70 apartments have been commercialized and found new tenants.
The second part of the investment, built from scratch, consists of 3 intimate buildings - each with 30 apartments, a large garage hall, closed garages, and an elevator. The whole is located next to a complex of garden plots, Hajda Park, and Parkowa Street.
The buildings have been designed to allow each to create a small, familiar community of residents. Apartments in formats from 34 to 60 square meters can be combined due to the open structure of the buildings. The smallest units have 2 rooms, larger ones in the standard of 3, and the combination of spaces allows for 5 or more rooms.
The standard for each apartment includes wide and large terraces. Some apartments have corner terraces with exposure to two or even 3 directions of the world. The use of balcony windows additionally ensures that access to the terrace is provided from all rooms.
Due to the location and character of the estate, we placed great emphasis on soundproofing the buildings in the project. Materials with an enhanced soundproofing standard and special soundproof windows were used in the construction.
About the location:
The proximity to the center of Rybnik means that most daily matters can be handled on foot. A few hundred meters from the PARKOWA Estate is the Southern Bypass leading to all main roads and junctions, starting with the regional road Pszczyna-Raciborz. The Main PKP Station is a 5-minute walk from the Estate. The nearest city bus stop is a 3-minute walk away.
