3) roofs with two or multi-pitched slopes with a symmetrical angle of inclination of the main roof slopes from 35º to 45º in shades of red, brown, gray, or black, covered with tiles, provided that:
a) the roof is covered with sheet metal or similar roofing material,
b) flat roofs for shelters, single-story buildings, or single-story parts of residential buildings;
