6) the location of buildings within the boundaries of building plots or at a distance of 1.5 m from them is allowed,
9) the possibility of locating utility buildings and garages - whose height cannot exceed 5.0 m is allowed,
10) the possibility of locating livestock buildings - whose height cannot exceed 8.0 m is allowed,
11) the maximum height of single-family residential and service buildings is set at 9.0 m,
12) the maximum intensity of development is set at 0.5,
13) the maximum percentage of development is set at 30%.
Therefore, this proposal can be a great opportunity for both farmers (expanding the area, land currently cultivated, well-maintained and/or leased) or for a developer who will divide it into smaller plots (e.g. 1000m2) and sell them or build single-family houses on the plots or for companies and investors for service activities due to the proximity of the expressway, the Warsaw agglomeration, and communication with national roads.
