Kosocicka Forest is a housing estate of single-family houses in semi-detached construction, located in the southern district of Krakow - Podgórze Duchackie. The investment is in a unique ecological area of Słona Woda with an area of 13.53 ha - an extraordinary aquatic ecosystem, marshy spring sources, sand grasslands, and forests.
The Kosocicka Forest estate includes 18 two-local semi-detached houses and one detached two-local single-family house (a total of 38 residential units). Our priority was to create a functional project that provides future residents with maximum comfort of use, as well as allowing for the closest contact with nature.
