The Kosocicka Forest estate includes 18 two-local semi-detached houses and one detached two-local single-family house (a total of 38 residential units). Located on the first floor and usable attic, offering space of 121.76 m² or 125.27 m² (one unit of this size),
• 7-room two-level apartments with an extraordinary terrace and balcony in the first line of buildings under the Rzzczewski Forest – offer comfortable conditions over an area of 171.73 m², with a garage within the building, a utility room on the ground level, and the right to exclusive use of the garden located in front of the building.
