The estimated value is 1,000,900.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the estimated value and amounts to 750,675.00 PLN.

The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of one-tenth of the estimated value, which is the amount of 100,090.00 PLN.

The auctions of the above-mentioned properties are conducted in electronic mode and will end on: 12.09.2025 at 12:00.

The sale is conducted by electronic auction. Participation in the auction requires creating an account in the IT system supporting electronic auctions available at the address elicytacje. komornik. pl and registration two working days before the auction starts if the bidder is bidding in their own name or 5 days before the auction date if the bidder participates in the auction as a proxy for another person, as well as paying the deposit no later than 2 working days before the auction starts if there is an obligation to submit a deposit. A bidder who bids in their own name and is not required to submit a deposit may participate in the auction until it ends. The participation of one bidder is sufficient for the auction to take place.

According to art. 8671 § 1 CPC, a participant in the auction is obliged to submit a deposit of one-tenth of the estimated value, no later than 2 working days before the auction starts. The condition for participation in the auction is the submission of a deposit.

The deposit should be made to the bailiff's bank account BS WOŁCZYN 59 8876 0009 0035 7205 2000 0001 and electronically using the IT system supporting public auctions, available on the portal: elicytacje. komornik. pl. A deposit is not required if the estimated value is less than five thousand PLN.

Third-party rights will not prevent the auction and the awarding to the buyer without reservations if these persons do not submit proof before the auction starts that they have filed a lawsuit to release the items from enforcement and obtained a judgment suspending enforcement.

Usufruct, easements, and lifetime rights, if not disclosed in the land and mortgage register or by submitting a document to the collection of documents and not reported no later than three days before the auction starts, will not be taken into account in the further course of enforcement and will expire upon the finalization of the decision on the awarding of ownership.

According to art. 976 CPC, the following cannot participate in the auction: the debtor, the bailiff, their spouses, children, parents, and siblings, as well as persons present at the auction in an official capacity, a bidder who has not fulfilled the conditions of the previous auction, persons who can acquire the property only with the permission of a state authority, and who have not presented this permission.
