The bankruptcy trustee of a natural person not conducting business in bankruptcy proceedings case no. LD1M/GUp/53/2023 invites you to participate in the bidding competition. The subject of sale is a land property located in the Zduny commune, Retki district, plot no. 563, for which a land and mortgage register KW no. LD1O/00037424/2 has been established.

The starting price is 6,100.00 PLN (in words: six thousand one hundred zlotys 00/100 gr).

Written offers must be submitted in Polish personally or by mail in a sealed envelope by August 27, 2025, inclusive, by 15:00, to the address: Legal Advisor Ewa Frontczak, ul. Piotrkowska 177 A lok. 1, 90-447 Lodz, with a clear inscription on the envelope: "Real Estate Purchase Offer - Zduny". The offer must meet all the conditions specified in the competition regulations.

A deposit of 10% of the starting price must be paid to the bankruptcy estate account maintained by Santander Bank Polska S.A. no: 64 1090 2705 0000 0001 5650 7714. Proof of deposit must be attached to the offer.
