NOTICE OF FIRST AUCTION OF PROPERTY

The Court Bailiff at the District Court in Aleksandrow Kujawski, Jakub Marchlewicz, based on Article 953 of the Code of Civil Procedure, announces to the public that:

the first auction

of the property consisting of plot No. 117/3 with an area of 0.9092 ha located at: 87-700 Aleksandrow Kujawski, Zgoda, for which the District Court in Aleksandrow Kujawski IV Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains the land and mortgage register No. KW WL1A/000xxxxxx/8

The estimated value is 57,000.00 PLN, and the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the estimated value, which is 42,750.00 PLN.

The bidder participating in the auction must submit a deposit of one-tenth of the estimated value, which is 5,700.00 PLN. The deposit should be made in cash or in a savings book of banks authorized under banking law, equipped with the owner's authorization to withdraw the entire deposit according to the court's valid decision on the loss of the deposit. The deposit can also be paid to the bailiff's account: Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski SA Branch 1 in Ciechocinek 27 10205200 0000 4102 0046 3273 no later than the day before the auction.

According to Article 976 §1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, persons who can acquire the property only with the permission of a state authority, and who have not presented this permission, as well as other persons mentioned in this article, cannot participate in the auction.

In the last two weeks before the auction, the property can be viewed on 15.05.2025 from 14:00 to 14:30 and the protocol of the property valuation can be reviewed at the bailiff's office along with the expert's valuation report, an excerpt from the land register along with a map from the enforcement proceedings.

The rights of third parties will not hinder the auction and the awarding of ownership to the buyer without reservations, provided that these persons do not submit proof before the auction starts that they have filed a lawsuit to exempt the property or items seized with it from enforcement and have obtained a ruling suspending the enforcement in this regard. Usufruct, easements, and rights of a life tenant, if not disclosed in the land and mortgage register or by submitting a document to the collection of documents and not reported no later than three days before the auction starts, will not be taken into account in the further course of enforcement and will expire upon the finalization of the ruling on the awarding of ownership.
