Our estate is the 3rd building in the Aleja Poludniowa series in Dzwirzyno.
In buildings 1 and 2 at Al. Poludniowa 14 and 14a, all apartments have already been handed over to owners (all on time), who spend their holidays there and earn from renting.

In the currently offered building 3 (Al. Poludniowa 12), the last 12 apartments are waiting for their owners. We will hand over the keys in May 2023.

All finishing works in the building have been completed. This way, spending the next holidays in a new apartment will not be burdensome, e.g. due to a neighbor finishing their apartment.

Location

Dzwirzyno - a town located only 10 km from the largest Polish resort - Kolobrzeg, breathes its own, relaxed life. Formerly a fishing village, immersed in a pine dune forest, whose wide belt encourages walks along the Baltic beach. Today a tourist oasis, with a dune nature reserve established in 2017 and a European cycling route around the Baltic EuroVelo R-10. It is here, during the tourist season, that informed residents escape from the hustle and bustle of crowded Kolobrzeg beaches. A charming fishing port with several traditional fishing boats and a modern yacht marina completed in 2020 confirms the recreational character of the town.
