This option is for those who want to use their property exclusively for themselves. You have full freedom and relax in your property in the mountains. You can join the Live and Rent option at any time if your unit meets the Jakubik Premium SPA standard. Option 3: Fixed return rate of 8% This option assumes a fixed annual return rate for the apartment owner.
