The starting price of the property is 250,000.00 PLN + minimum bid increment of 1,000.00 PLN

The condition for participating in the auction is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 5,000.00 PLN to the account of OSM Gizycko account number: 96 2030 0045*******000 0075 1970 or to the Cooperative's cash desk before the auction begins.

Participation in the auction must be in person or through an authorized representative holding a notarized power of attorney.

Notary costs are borne by the buyer.

The final deadline for payment of the auction price after deducting the deposit expires within 30 days from the date of the auction.

Failure to meet the payment deadline results in the forfeiture of the deposit and the auction becomes void. The right to cancel the auction without giving reasons is reserved.
