Hello, I have for sale an M-5 Swedish apartment located in Zory, of which I have been a happy owner for 15 years. The apartment is located in a low 4-story block on the Sikorskiego estate. The block has undergone thermal modernization. A great advantage is that the apartment is on the ground floor (the entire apartment has insulated floors under the panels, and additionally, from the basement side, the entire apartment is insulated with polystyrene and plastered, which makes it very warm, which is associated with very low heating costs - everything is available for inspection). Another big advantage is that there is a really large parking lot in front of the block with wide spaces for cars and a large playground for children. The apartment is fully furnished in a modern style. It has, of course, all windows replaced, which have internal day-night roller blinds, additionally, external roller blinds are installed on the balcony, high-class anti-burglary entrance doors from the Gerda company, all internal doors with a modern design in the color of sonoma oak, a new type Junkers installed in the kitchen as is typical for Swedish apartments (so there is no question of any problems with carbon monoxide poisoning as is the case in NRD-type apartments where the Junkers is installed in the bathroom). Additionally, I would add that in the entire apartment, all rooms have nice, modern white panel radiators, of course, new electricity in the house, fuses in a nice, neat box that is discreetly hidden, copper water pipes, etc. The apartment consists of: a living room, three rooms, a large kitchen with a window, a bathroom, a separate toilet (the charms of the Swedish layout), three hallways. The entire apartment is, as I mentioned, furnished in a modern style to a high standard. Everywhere on the floors, either high-class wear-resistant panels or tiles have been laid (the balcony is also tiled), on the walls depending on the room smoothness, decorative stone, gypsum stone, tiles, premium wallpapers made to order, velvet lettering, ceilings are suspended with LED lighting, LED RGB, or are smoothed or made in a structure with glamour crystals, etc. Among the curiosities, the lighting in the living room is controlled from a traditional switch as well as from two separate radio remotes, so even being outside near the apartment we can turn off, turn on, change colors, brightness, blinking speed, switching, etc. The same goes for the lighting in the first hallway, the "vestibule" which is controlled from a traditional switch as well as from a remote. You can also change colors, light intensity, etc. I would also add that to add atmosphere in the bedroom, it has also been equipped with lighting with various possibilities of changing color and light intensity using a remote as well as you can simply turn on the light from a traditional switch. The price of the apartment includes all furnishings. I emphasize all! Among the more important things included are a 60-inch LG TV, an LG home theater system, an Xbox with Kinect, with two controllers and a lot of games, a mini tower with a 7-inch screen with TV function, a Samsung vacuum cleaner, all kitchen appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas stove, etc. In the bathroom, of course, a washing machine remains. All furniture remains in the apartment, some are still under warranty (a set of furniture in the child's room). As I mentioned, all furnishings remain, even those less important but so essential in everyday life such as containers, decorations like pictures, lamps, candle holders, artificial flowers, toaster, iron, glaze, and everything needed for life. Only personal items, clothes, etc. will be taken. So thanks to the fact that all furnishings remain, you save in this case tens of thousands of zlotys. I inform the future owner that the apartment has purchased full insurance options (which includes, among other things, theft insurance for 60,000 PLN, flood, fire, natural disasters, accidents, broken oven glass or breaking the sink, etc., in case of failure, an electrician, plumber will come for free, even legal advice is included in the insurance, etc.) I think this is a nice addition. As you can see from the description, I tried to describe my apartment as thoroughly as possible. I included what I think are the most important things, in case of any questions please write or call. If I do not answer, I will definitely call back. The apartment is well-kept in good condition. You simply enter and live. I think the price for which I want to sell the apartment, which is 388 thousand zlotys, is really a bargain. I sell the apartment with a clear conscience.
