Skorzewska 35, I announce the sale of the property located in Swinoujscie at ul. Wojska Polskiego 4 A/5. 1. Subject of sale: a) ownership right of the residential unit no. 5, located in the building at ul. Wojska Polskiego 4 A, with a usable area of 51.6 m², consisting of a room, a room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet, associated with a share of 516/128191 in the ownership of the land plot on which the building is situated, for which the District Court in Swinoujscie V Land Registry Department maintains KW number SZ1W/00048949/7 b) a share of 1/134 in the non-residential unit (garage hall) constituting a separate property, which includes parking space no. 107, for which the District Court in Swinoujscie V Land Registry Department maintains KW number SZ1W/00046515/2 c) furniture and appliances constituting the equipment of the residential unit according to the specification. The property is located in Swinoujscie, in the Platan Complex Estate. Year of construction 2010. The property has been rented for about 10 years - until 2023. 2. Starting price: a) the starting price for the residential unit is: 627,000.00 PLN net b) the starting price for the shares in the garage hall is: 40,000.00 PLN net c) the fixed purchase price of furniture and appliances (not subject to auction) is: 2,901.00 PLN net. The condition for participation in the proceedings is the payment of a cash deposit to the account of Hydrobudowa Polska S.A. in bankruptcy liquidation, maintained at BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. number 51 2030 0045 1110 0000 0043 5590, no later than by 20.10.2025 with the note "Deposit Wojska Polskiego 4A/5" in the total amount of 67,000.00 PLN. 6. The date of the deposit is considered the date of receipt of funds in the company's bank account. 7. Offers in sealed envelopes with the note "Offer for the purchase of property Wojska Polskiego 4A residential unit no. 5 and parking space no. 107" should be submitted or sent to the address of the Receiver of the Bankruptcy Estate of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. in bankruptcy liquidation, Mr. Wojciech Szidlewski, ul. Dworcowa 7 lok. 226, 62-020 Swarzedz by 21.10.2025 at 13:00 (the date and time of receipt is decisive). 8. The method of preparing the offer and its content has been described in detail in the Sales Regulations. 9. The opening of offers will take place on 23.10.2025 at 10:30 at the headquarters of the Receiver of the Bankruptcy Estate of HYDROBUDOWA POLSKA S.A. in bankruptcy liquidation in Swarzedz at ul. Dworcowa 7 lok. 226. The opening of offers is public. Bidders who submitted an offer and paid the deposit may participate in the opening. 10. Defective offers, inconsistent with the announcement conditions, incomplete, and in particular not containing all the information mentioned in the Sales Regulations and the announcement, will be rejected and will not be considered in the proceedings. The responsibility for the proper preparation and securing of the offer lies with the Bidder. 11. The offer must include the proposed net price for the residential unit, the proposed net price for the shares in the garage hall, and the total proposed price for the residential unit and the shares in the garage hall, which is the sum of these two items. It must also include the fixed purchase price of furniture and appliances constituting the equipment of the residential unit in the amount of 2,901.00 PLN net. 12. The Receiver will select the offer on the day of the opening of offers. 13. The winner of the sales proceedings is obliged to pay the difference between the offered price and the amount of the deposit no later than 3 days before the date of concluding the deed transferring ownership of the property. The contract will be concluded no later than six weeks from the date of the resolution of the sales proceedings. The buyer will be notified of the place and date of the conclusion of the sales contract. Failure to meet the above deadline results in the forfeiture of the deposit, and the sales proceedings become void. The costs of concluding the contract are borne entirely by the buyer. 14. The purchase of the residential unit and shares in the garage hall is exempt from VAT. 15. The rules for selecting the offer: a) the only criterion for selecting the most advantageous offer remains the proposed total purchase price of the residential unit and shares in the garage hall b) the fixed amount for the purchase of furniture and equipment is not added to the total purchase price of the residential unit and shares in the garage hall c) the Receiver may select the offer even if only one offer is submitted d) if the highest submitted written offer differs from the other offers by more than 10% of its value, calculated together for the residential unit and shares in the garage hall, the Receiver will select it as the most advantageous submitted offer e) in the case of submitting offers for the purchase of property that differ from the highest submitted offer by no more than 10% of its value, calculated together for the residential unit and shares in the garage hall, the Receiver will conduct an auction among these bidders to obtain the most advantageous price f) only Bidders who submitted offers with a bid value not differing from the highest submitted offer by more than 10% of its value, calculated together for the residential unit and shares in the garage hall, participate in the auction g) Bidders who submitted lower offers do not participate in the auction h) The Receiver determines the bidding step of no less than 1% of the starting price, calculated together for the residential unit and shares in the garage hall, i.e. 7,000.00 PLN j) the first bid is calculated from the highest submitted offer k) the amount of subsequent bids is arbitrary l) the Receiver will select the offer on the day of the opening of offers.
