Schoeps Residence is a meticulously renovated tenement house with a unique history.
Its owner in the 18th century was the famous Poznan sculptor – Augustyn Schoeps, the author of, among others, the fountain standing in front of the Town Hall depicting the scene of Proserpina being abducted by Pluto.

During the restoration of the tenement house, care was taken to ensure that every detail was characterized by the highest quality and respect for history. The main motif of the finish is sculpture and throughout the entire facility, thanks to the preservation of the historical elements of the building, one can feel the trace of the former owner. Noble raw materials were used in the building, and larch floors and exposed, brick, original fragments of walls come to the fore.
