11) until the sewage disposal system is implemented, the use of non-draining tanks is allowed, under conditions specified by special regulations,
12) for heating and technological purposes, the use of solid fuels such as coal, coke, dust, and waste and garbage is prohibited,
13) for several plots, the construction of a 5.00 m wide access road in the boundary lines is allowed.
