The land property is located in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Tarnow City County, in the city of Tarnow, in precinct no. 274 at the intersection of Ogrodowa and Sportowa streets, in the southwestern part of the city about 3 km from the center. It constitutes land plot no: 8/100 from precinct 274 with an area of 1.0643 ha, has a maintained land and mortgage register with the number TR1T/00122862/7 kept by the VI Land and Mortgage Register Department of the District Court in Tarnow.
