ZABRZAŃSKA HOUSING COOPERATIVE announces an unlimited public auction for the acquisition of the right of separate ownership of the apartment along with a share in the common property

The auction will take place on 10.06.2025 at 1:00 PM at the “KWADRAT” Club at 8 Ślęczka Street in Zabrze.

Conditions for participating in the auction include:

• payment of a deposit of 7,000.00 PLN transferred to the Cooperative's account PKO B.P. 69 1020 2401 0000 0902 0045 0510 by 09.06.2025, and sending a scan of the payment proof to the email address.

The name of the bidder on the deposit receipt (transfer) should match the name of the bidder participating in the auction.

• in the case of individuals, providing the first name, last name, and presenting an identity document; for business owners – an entry from CEIDG, legal persons – an extract from KRS, documents should be current, i.e., prepared no earlier than 1 month before the auction date.
• for married couples, the presence of both spouses is required; if only one spouse participates in the auction, a relevant power of attorney from the spouse consenting to the participation of the other spouse in the auction should be presented.

In the case of property separation, the appropriate document.

• submission of a declaration of familiarization with the legal and factual state of the apartment and with the Auction Regulations – available on the ZSM website and also for download at the Cooperative's headquarters – Zabrze, 1a Ślęczka Street, room 1.

The minimum bid increment is 3,000.00 PLN.

All costs related to the acquisition of the right of separate ownership shall be borne by the buyer.

The apartment can be viewed until 09.06.2025,

after prior telephone arrangements with the appropriate administration.

De-registration procedure is in progress.

The Cooperative reserves the right to withdraw from the auction, interrupt or invalidate the auction without giving a reason.
