ANNOUNCEMENT OF AUCTION FOR ESTABLISHING SEPARATE OWNERSHIP OF A RESIDENTIAL UNIT IN THE HOUSING COOPERATIVE "NOWA"

The Housing Cooperative "NOWA" in Jastrzebie-Zdroj announces an oral unlimited auction for establishing separate ownership of a residential unit located

in Jastrzebie-Zdroj:

os. 1000-lecia 1/47 unit type M-3 located in a V-story building on the ground floor, with a usable area of 35.93 m². The starting price is set at 135,000.00 PLN and the deposit is 13,500.00 PLN.

The residential unit can be viewed after prior telephone arrangement with Administration No. 3 at 32 47 37 134.

The residential unit is legally free.

Participants in the auction are required to pay a deposit of 10% of the value of the unit stated in the announcement. Payments should be made to the bank account of SM "NOWA" held at PKO BP 18 1020 2472 0000 6202 0581 6386 by 11.08.2025.

The decisive factor is the date of the deposit's arrival in the Cooperative's account.

On the day of the auction, please report to the Organizational and Self-Government Department, room No. 1 with an ID card and the original confirmation of the deposit payment.

The deposit paid by outbid bidders will be returned to them within 3 days of the auction's conclusion.

Bidding during the auction will proceed in increments of 1,000 PLN.

The auction will take place on 13.08.2025 at 10:00 at the headquarters of the Housing Cooperative "NOWA" in Jastrzebie-Zdroj, ul. Wielkopolska 5A.

The Cooperative reserves the right to cancel the auction without giving a reason.

The costs of establishing separate ownership are borne by the buyer.
