MAYOR OF THE CITY AND MUNICIPALITY IN SYCOW announces the first oral limited auction for the owners of adjacent properties for the sale of the property mentioned below, located in the city of Sycow. 1. Property designation: Sycow district 1) plot no. 28/59 AM 9 with an area of 0.0365 ha, land register number WR1E/00060957/5; 2. Property description: Plot no. 28/59 AM 9 located in the city of Sycow at ul. Krzywoustego, 0.95 km northeast of the center of Sycow. The plot is flat. The area is unfenced, undeveloped, unpaved, covered with low greenery. Access to the road - directly from the asphalt municipal road. Utilities: water supply, electricity, and gas networks, and nearby sewage. The property is free from encumbrances and any obligations. 3. Purpose in the local spatial development plan: Residential single-family development areas. Detailed arrangements regarding the development of the area where the indicated plots are located have been specified in resolution no. XLVII/336/2018 of the City Council in Sycow dated March 28, 2018, regarding the adoption of the local spatial development plan for part of the city of Sycow (Journal of Laws of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship of April 12, 2018, item 1966). 4. Starting price of the property: 1) plot no. 28/59 - 36,830.00 PLN net The auction price will be subject to a VAT tax of 23%. 5. Date and place of the auction: 1) plot no. 28/59 – September 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM, headquarters of the City and Municipality Office in Sycow, room 57. 6. Deposit: 1) plot no. 28/59 – 3,700.00 PLN. 7. Persons to whom the auction has been limited, interested in participating in the auction are required to: 1) pay a deposit of 3,700.00 PLN for plot no. 28/59 no later than September 1, 2025, to the account of the City and Municipality Office in Sycow at the Cooperative Bank Namyslow Branch Sycow no. 94 8890 0001 0936 2035 2009 0004. 2) submit, at the City and Municipality Office in Sycow, no later than September 2, 2025, a written application for participation in the auction, containing: names and surnames of all owners or co-owners of the property, series and numbers of identity cards, and a declaration of having legal title to the property adjacent to the plot being auctioned. 8. The list of auction participants who meet the conditions for participation in the auction will be posted on the notice board at the City and Municipality Office in Sycow, ul. Mickiewicza 1 56-500 Sycow, on September 3, 2025. 9. Auction participants on the day of the auction must present to the Auction Committee: 1) a declaration of having legal title to the property adjacent to the plot being auctioned; 2) confirmation of the deposit payment; 3) a document confirming identity or a current excerpt from the relevant register in the case of an entity conducting business activity, not older than 2 months from the date of the auction; 4) foreigners wishing to participate in the auction must meet the conditions set out in the Act of March 24, 1920, on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2278, as amended); 5) in the case of participation in the auction by one of the spouses in the situation of statutory community, it is necessary to present a written consent of the spouse to participate in the auction; 6) a notarial power of attorney (in original or in a copy certified as true to the original by a notary) to represent the person applying for the acquisition of the property. Payment of the deposit and application for participation in the auction is equivalent to confirmation of familiarization with the auction conditions. The paid deposit will be credited towards the purchase price to the winning person or returned no later than 3 days from the date of the auction if the person paying does not win the auction. The auction winner is obliged to make payment in the amount of the bid price and notarial costs and conclude the sale agreement within the time specified by the seller. If the winning person does not appear without justification at the place and time set by the seller to conclude the notarial agreement, the seller will withdraw from concluding the notarial agreement and the paid deposit is non-refundable. Persons interested in purchasing plots before participating in the auction should inspect the above-mentioned property on-site. Indication of the boundaries of the subject plots on the ground by a surveyor may be done by the City and Municipality Office in Sycow at the buyer's expense. The minimum bid increment is 1% of the starting price (rounded to the nearest tens).
