METHOD OF SUBMITTING OFFERS: The condition for participation in the bidding competition is to submit an offer in accordance with the requirements specified below. 1. LU1S/GUp/18/2024" must be indicated, with the note "DO NOT OPEN - BIDDING OFFER in the bankruptcy proceedings J.KROL, property ZA1J/00002898/8", and must also contain the exact designation of the offeror. 3. The offer and the attached statements must be prepared in Polish. If documents in a language other than Polish are attached to the offer, sworn translations of such documents must be included. 4. The offer should be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the bidding competition regulations, contain all elements indicated in the bidding competition regulations, and be prepared in a clear and unconditional manner. 5. Offers must be submitted by September 1, 2025, with the stipulation that by the specified date, the offer must reach the aforementioned Notary Office (the date of receipt is decisive, not the date of dispatch of the offer). 6. Offers that arrive after the deadline specified above, even if sent before that date, as well as offers that do not meet even one of the formal requirements specified in the bidding competition regulations will not be considered. 7. In the event that the Trustee receives more than one offer meeting the formal requirements by the specified deadline, the Trustee will conduct an auction. 8. The opening and consideration of offers will take place on September 2, 2025, at the Notary Office of Pawel Blaszczak, Robert Blaszczak, Rafal Gasiewski, Michal Blaszczak, Monika Fyk Notaries civil partnership, Plac Bankowy 1, 00 - 139 Warsaw, at 10:30 AM. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 1. The Trustee reserves the right, at any stage of the proceedings and without giving a reason, to withdraw from the sale or close the bidding competition, including the auction, without selecting any of the offers. 2. The sale conducted in bankruptcy proceedings has the effects of an enforcement sale. The provisions regarding sales conducted in enforcement proceedings are regulated in Article 864 and following of the Civil Procedure Code.
