  • joinery: new steel main entrance doors with PVC finish, PVC windows, old-type steel side doors,
  • installations: all internal installations are new, made recently: water and sewage installations on all floors (2 toilets, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchenettes), gas installations with a Viessmann boiler with a hot water tank, heating on all floors in the form of wall radiators, wall-hung toilets on system frames, electrical and lighting installations, monitoring, traditional gravity ventilation supplemented with window air inlets, connections: water supply with a meter in the basement, sanitary sewage with drainage to a collection well on Pasternik Street, gas and electrical with meter boxes at the property boundary, signed contracts for the supply of all utilities.
