10) the roof area of dormers cannot exceed 30% of the area of each roof plane.
4. The area of newly designated building plots not less than 900 m2.
5. Division into plots not meeting the parameter specified in point 4 is allowed only for the location of technical infrastructure devices, designation of a plot for a road, enlargement of an adjacent property, or regulation of boundaries between adjacent properties.
