Permissible indicators of building area and biologically active area: the building area ratio cannot exceed 65% of the building plot, the biologically active area ratio cannot be less than 25% of the building plot. 6. Minimum building intensity - 0.01, maximum building intensity - 1.5. b) KDL - areas of public roads marked as local road class. 1. The primary purpose of road communication areas is the location of public roads (KDL) with accompanying equipment adapted to the class and purpose of the road - necessary technical infrastructure, devices for traffic organization, and limitations of traffic nuisance. 2. The width in the boundary lines for individual classes of roads has been established on the Plan Drawing, while for road sections outside the intersection areas, it is not less than: public roads of local class marked on the Plan Drawing with the symbol KDL - 15m. 3. It is assumed that the parameters of technical compliance and cross-section dispositions of KDL roads are consistent with the provisions of separate regulations. 4. The location of newly designed fences of plots located along public roads is possible in the boundary lines, in accordance with separate regulations. 5. Accompanying devices for basic use within the boundary lines of areas marked as KDL may be, in accordance with separate regulations, objects and technical infrastructure devices not related to road management. 6. The possibility of locating advertisements along the KDL road is established at a minimum distance from the edge of the roadway as specified in separate regulations for the location of objects in the vicinity of roads - the location of advertisements emitting red light is prohibited. 7. When issuing administrative decisions regarding changes in development within the boundary lines of roads, separate regulations should be applied. 5.
