"DETAILED PLAN PROVISIONS

2. In the areas referred to in paragraph 1, as part of the complementary purpose, non-intrusive services are allowed:

c) 50% of the investment area – in the case of service development;
2) minimum biologically active area:
a) 50% of the investment area – in the case of residential development,
b) 35% of the investment area – in the case of mixed residential-service development,
c) 20% of the investment area – in the case of service development;
3) building height – up to 10 m;
4) roofs – symmetrical, with a slope angle of roof surfaces from 35° to 45°;
5) parking spaces – according to § 24.
5. The following rules for development and management of the areas referred to in paragraph 1 are established:
1) residential buildings should be located with the gable wall facing the street Jana Krzysztofa Kluka (9KD-D);
2) the existing division of plots should be maintained, on which the location of the designed buildings is allowed:
a) at a distance of 1.5 m from the boundary of the neighboring plot on plots narrower than 18 m, provided that the length of the wall of the building located at this distance does not exceed 10 m,
b) along the boundary with the neighboring plot, provided that the building is realized as part of a common construction project with the neighboring plot, based on the plot management plan prepared for this project;
3) the development of the area should take into account roadside crosses and chapels referred to in § 12 paragraph 3".
