I am selling plot 684/12 in Czartak/Ponikwi right next to the border with Gorzen Gorny near the city of Wadowice.
Size 614m2 (dimensions 20m/36.5m/14.8m/38.5m).
The plot is set back from the road Czartak by a green belt of width from several to as much as 14 meters. This is municipal land. The municipality will not build anything on this strip. The effect is that these are additional two ares that can be nicely landscaped with greenery.
Access to the plot from Czartak street (through the sidewalk, not yet done). I will be submitting an application to the municipality for the location of the entrance.

The plot in the Local Spatial Development Plan is designated for single-family residential development.
Located in a charming place, in an area that has gained attractiveness in recent years due to the proximity of wonderful nature (Beskidy, Mucharskie Lake, hiking trails, and bike paths) and the development of related infrastructure.
Proximity to the national road ensures good communication.
