3. DEVELOPMENT POSSIBILITIES

All plots in the complex are covered by a local spatial development plan (MPZP) designated for residential and holiday development.

- Maximum building percentage - 20% of the plot area,
- Gable and multi-gable roofs with slopes from 15° to 45°,
- Maximum building height is 2 above-ground floors (up to 15 m),
