announces an auction for the sale of building plots located

in Ramiszow – Przylesie plots number: 895/110, 895/111, 895/112, 895/113 :

• all the above-mentioned plots will be sold with a share of 1/200 in the internal access roads marked as land plots no. 895/5, 895/7 with a total area of 4901 m2. The value of this share is included in the starting price.
• all the above-mentioned plots will be sold with a share of 1/100 in the internal access roads marked as land plots no. 895/102, 895/117, 895/119, 895/134, 895/135, 895/142, 895/150, 895/152, 895/154, 895/169 and 895/171 with a total area of 24529 m2. The value of this share is included in the starting price.

IMPORTANCE OF THE PROPERTY:

• location of the property: the plots are located in Ramiszow – Przylesie adjacent to the borders of Wroclaw in the Pawlowice estate in the area of Pawlowicka and Widawska streets. Access to the plots: from Wroclaw via Pawlowicka street, and from the A8 at the first traffic lights after the northern junction turn right. The plots are located among residential buildings and undeveloped areas intended for single-family residential development. They have a regular shape, similar to a rectangle. Driving by car to CH Korona takes about 15 minutes. In the Pawlowice estate, there is an MPK bus stop and a train station for passenger trains from Trzebnica to Wroclaw.
• property description: The area where the plots are located has been used for agricultural purposes until now, the land of the plots is flat with no visible obstacles to development.
• technical infrastructure: The plots are not equipped, access to the technical infrastructure network (water, electricity, gas) is on terms established by individual operators. Until the area is serviced by the sanitary sewage network, the accumulation of sewage in non-draining tanks is allowed. Water supply from individual water intakes is permitted. Plot 895/5 has a water supply, gas, and electricity network, and the Dlugoleka Municipality is conducting design and implementation works for the sanitary sewage network.

The net price will be increased by VAT at the rate of 23% based on Article 41 paragraph 1 of the Act of March 11, 2004 on goods and services tax (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 361, as amended).

The minimum bid increment for the plot: 4,000.00 PLN

The deposit for the plot is: 30,000.00 PLN

The auction will take place at the University of Natural Sciences in Wroclaw – main building ul. Norwida 25, room no. 116 on the first floor on September 9, 2025, at 12:00.
