c) building area: accepted up to 160 m2
d) biologically active area - min. 60% of the plot area
e) non-exceeding building line:
- min. 6m from the road plot 884/1, 601/25, and 601/57

Utilities: water and electricity - on the road, directly at the plot
Legal status: full ownership with KW (clean mortgage)
Soil classification: RV and PsVI
