The settlement of building plots is located just 20 km from Lodz, in the charmingly situated Malanow (gm. Lutomiersk, pow. pabianicki, woj. lodzkie). The plots are covered by a local spatial development plan (areas for individual recreation development allowing for the legal construction of a house also with year-round parameters, assigning an address and registration), according to which a 2-storey building can be placed on the site, up to 7 m high, with a sloping roof with an angle of inclination from 30 to 45 degrees. Favorable provisions in the MPZP (13ML) allow for the construction of not only a building (even up to 400m2!), which can take a flexible area size according to the buyer's preferences and needs, even up to 30% of the plot area, but also does not fall under the restrictive technical conditions required for residential houses. This means that the simplest holiday house can be built, which can, but does not have to, meet the standard of a year-round house. The adopted MPZP in the area of the plots provides a guarantee of the immutability of the plots' purpose and gives comfort of not going through the time-consuming process of obtaining building conditions, which could be invalidated over time. The MPZP gives a sense of conscious investment in real estate with desired features. The offered plots have a functional, regular shape, close to a rectangle, with an area of 1140-1176 m2. Direct access to the municipal road is ensured.

Malanow is a village whose values are increasingly recognized by residents of Lodz.
