The following conditions apply to residential and agricultural buildings: traditional wall materials (wood, brick, plaster, stone), roof covering with ceramic tiles in red color; two or multi-pitched roofs with a slope of 30 – 45 degrees, or mansard roofs with a slope according to individual solutions; the ridge layout in the main residential building is parallel to the road; the intensity of development cannot exceed 0.2 (20%) of the plot area; biologically active area cannot be less than 80% of the plot area; fences at the front of the plot must be made of natural materials, wood, stone, brick, metal, hedge, it is recommended to make fences in a lattice form, it is not advisable to fence with a wall; it is necessary to preserve valuable trees as much as possible. Utilities and infrastructure: An electricity connection has been brought to the plot. It is necessary to create a private deep well and a septic tank – there is no water supply and sewage system in the village. Access via a hardened public road, direct access to the plot.
