NOTICE OF SALE The Trustee of the Bankruptcy Estate of Sebastian Gzowski in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIX Economic Division for bankruptcy and restructuring cases under case number XIX GUP 1661/21, announces the sale in the mode of free hand, in the mode of competition of offers, of a component of the bankruptcy estate in the form of a share of 1/6 in the ownership of real estate consisting of a single-family residential building in a detached development and a garage building located in Lomiany at Brzozowa Street 15, in the western Warsaw district with a total plot area of 0.1500 ha, for which the District Court for Warsaw-Mokotow in Warsaw, X Land Registry Division maintains the land registry under number WA4M/00025063/5 for a price not lower than 225,000.00 PLN (in words: two hundred twenty-five thousand zlotys 00/100) gross. Excerpt from the Sale Regulations: 1. Offers must be submitted by the deadline of September 12, 2025, at the office of the Trustee GR - Bankruptcy Sp. z o.o., at the address: 00-515 Warsaw, ul. Zurawia 32/34/521 or 61-729 Poznan, ul. Mlynska 5a/1, or sent by registered mail to the office address in Poznan. 2. The offer along with the required documents should be placed in a sealed envelope, which should be placed in a second, larger envelope. Each of these envelopes should be addressed to the office of the Trustee GR - Bankruptcy Sp. z o.o. at the address: 00-515 Warsaw, ul. Zurawia 32/34/521 or 61-729 Poznan, ul. Mlynska 5a/1 with the case number XIX GUp 1661/21 and the note: "DO NOT OPEN - COMPETITION OFFER in the bankruptcy proceedings of Sebastian Gzowski" and contain the exact designation of the offeror. 3. The offer should include in particular the exact designation of the offeror and the offered price. The offer must meet all requirements resulting from the Sale Regulations in the mode of competition of offers. 4. A condition for submitting the offer is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 22,500.00 PLN (in words: twenty-two thousand five hundred zlotys 00/100), to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate of Sebastian Gzowski in bankruptcy at Santander Bank Polska S.A. with the number: 80 1090 1450 0000 0001 4934 7775 with the note "Sale - case number XIX GUP 1661/21" no later than the last day of the deadline for submitting offers. 5. The Trustee of the bankruptcy estate reserves the right to withdraw from the competition procedure or sale, in whole or in part, at any time, at any stage, without giving a reason.
