DESCRIPTION OF THE PLANNED BUILDINGS

1.3 Heating. Heating will be provided by two different heating systems (underfloor heating and radiator heating). Heating will be provided by a heat pump with an air exchanger. The heating installation according to the technical project of sanitary installations.

1.4 Ventilation. The buildings will be equipped with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Only the garage and unused attic rooms will be equipped with gravity ventilation. Windows in these rooms should be equipped with air inlets to ensure air exchange in individual rooms in the building in accordance with Polish standards. In garages, air inlets should be placed in the entrance gates.

2. Structural layout.

2.1 Reinforced concrete foundations, poured according to the technical project of the structure.

2.2 Foundation walls made of concrete blocks min. B15 or locally poured wet, according to the technical project of the structure.

2.3 Vertical structural elements: Load-bearing walls - made of gas concrete blocks gr.24cm according to the structural project. Locally reinforced with reinforced concrete columns. Reinforced concrete columns poured with concrete C25/30, according to the technical project of the structure.

2.4 Peripheral beams, reinforced concrete lintels according to the construction project.

2.5 The ceiling between the ground floor and the first floor is a monolithic reinforced concrete gr. 18cm, above the garage 16cm, above the first floor 20 and 16cm - according to the technical project of the structure.

2.6 Reinforced concrete stairs poured according to the technical project of the structure.

2.7 Roof structure - wooden truss system. The load-bearing structure of the roof consists of rafters 8x16 and 8x18 cm, purlins 14x14, and 10x10 cm made of wood min. C24, according to the technical project of the structure.

3. External and internal walls and other elements.

3.1. Load-bearing walls - made of gas concrete blocks gr.24cm according to the technical project of the structure.

3.2. Partition walls made of gas concrete blocks gr.12cm, guidelines according to the technical project of the structure.

3.3. Flue gas chimneys - should be made of concrete blocks. Chimneys should be insulated above the level of the floor above the first floor.

4. Waterproof and moisture insulation.

4.1. Floor on the ground. 2x elastomeric thermal welding felt on a polyester or fiberglass base. The insulation should be turned up 15cm on the walls and columns.

4.2. Foundation walls - perform waterproofing with asphalt-rubber mass or asphalt intended for this purpose. The choice of the manufacturer is at the Investor's discretion.

4.3. Horizontal wall insulation. The first masonry layer of walls below ground level and external walls above ground level should be made on a layer of felt.

4.4. Insulation of floors in all wet rooms of above-ground floors - thermal welding felt or a minimum 1mm thick film welded at joints, turned up about 10cm on walls. Alternative solution: liquid sealing film. The choice of the manufacturer is at the Investor's discretion. Porous, cancerous surfaces should be previously plastered. The connection with the wall should be sealed using elastomeric sealing tape. The choice of the manufacturer is at the Investor's discretion.

4.5. Roof insulation. Vapor barrier laid according to the manufacturer's recommendations. High vapor permeability roofing foil laid in overlaps and glued, laid according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The choice of the manufacturer is at the Investor's discretion.

5. Thermal insulation

5.1. Foundation walls should be insulated over the entire height below ground level with 12cm thick extruded polystyrene boards.

5.2. Floor on the ground insulated with a layer of 15cm type “floor” polystyrene. In the garage 10cm type “floor”.

5.3. External walls of above-ground parts of the building should be insulated with 15cm thick polystyrene. Use tongue and groove boards. The boards should be attached to the wall with adhesive mortar according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Additionally, reinforce the building corners by fastening dowels in a vertical line every 25cm. Dowels should have a depth of anchoring 5 - 9cm and be adapted to the wall material. It is recommended to use graphite polystyrene with better thermal properties. In the strip 1m at the boundary of buildings from the north side, a non-flammable strip (EI60) and mineral wool insulation should be used.

5.4. Roof thermal insulation. Open-cell PUR foam minimum 20cm.

5.5 From the underside of the ceiling in the garage insulation with a lamella board. The choice of the manufacturer is at the Investor's discretion.

6. Acoustic insulation

6.1. Acoustic insulation of residential rooms is provided by the arrangement of ceiling layers. These layers ensure compliance with the standard conditions regarding sound insulation for both airborne and impact sounds. Floating floors should be used, separated from the walls by expansion joints.

6.2. Acoustic insulation is provided by partition walls made of gas concrete blocks. Such walls ensure compliance with the standard conditions regarding sound insulation for both airborne and impact sounds.

6.3. Acoustic insulation of windows. Ensure noise reduction at the level of Rw = 30dB.

7. Windows.

7.1. PVC window frame. Gray color.

7.1.1. Air infiltration at the level of 0.5 - 1.0 m3.

7.2. Glazing. With double-glazed, certified (ITB). It is recommended to use triple-glazed windows.

7.2.1. Thermal insulation. For the entire window U < 0.9 W/m2 x K. For roof windows For the entire window U < 1.1 W/m2 x K.
