The plots, which are the subject of sale, are located near the main promenade in Debki very close to the sea (approx. 500 m). At the same time, their main part is located deep in the forest, which allows for a peaceful rest. The area has a rich gastronomic and recreational offer related to the resort character of the town.
On the plots, there is a wooden summer recreational house from the 70s with an area of approx. 55 m² with a large veranda. It has been modernized and should be renovated.
For the plots in question, access to the public road is guaranteed from the south (ul. Wczasowa – marked on the map 1.3.KDW-DX, which is an internal road belonging to the Krokowa Municipality), while using neighborly relations, access to ul. Spacerowa is utilized (in fact, the plots are fenced off from the street by plot no. 435/11). Planning documents provide for the establishment of a new public road from the southern side towards the west (to ul. Lakowa), which will lead to the creation of a new passage towards the sea at a distance of approx. 700 m (about 10 minutes on foot). This road is marked in the plans as B-42.KD-D.
The spatial development plan specifies the maximum land development index at 15%, which gives approx. 96 m² of building area. The document relating to the possibility of developing this area is Resolution No. XXXIV/324/2005 of the Krokowa Municipality Council dated June 28, 2004, regarding the local spatial development plan for the village of Debki, precinct Zarnowiec sector B.
The town of Debki is growing year by year. Due to geographical limitations and the protection of coastal areas, development is mainly progressing southward. As for the area where the plots for sale are located, the possibilities of changing the surroundings are already significantly limited, and the land use is clearly defined. Therefore, the intimate character of this area should be preserved.
