Three-room apartments

For those who prioritize freedom and comfort, we have prepared three-room apartments with areas from 62.4 m2 to 68.6 m2. The units consist of: a hallway, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and two rooms that can serve as bedrooms, an office, or a children's room.

Attention should also be drawn to the duplex apartments on the ground floor with a separate entrance from the outside. Their advantages include large green terraces, separate entrances, and a large and comfortable living space designed with kitchen, dining, and relaxation areas.
