Hello. For sale, I have a beautiful, spacious duplex apartment with an area of 83.77m2, which has been refreshed so that the new owner can move in immediately, without unnecessary investments. Additionally, the apartment also has a large cellar, which is very useful when living in a block. The neighbors are calm, cultured, and always willing to help, and most importantly, they respect each other's space. The walls of the block are solid, which contributes to excellent acoustics - simply put, it is hard to hear the neighbors. The apartment very much resembles a house, and the largest balcony makes us feel like we are in our own backyard.
