If you want to live in your own house with a garden and spend your free time with family in your garden, take a look at this proposalThe subject of the offer is
a semi-detached house with two residential units located on a plot of 620 m²:

The windows of the apartments face east and west. In front, there are planned four (two for each unit) parking spaces (the driveway will be paved).

The duplex is located on Wirowska Street, which is a dead-end street (no through traffic). Lubon is known for a large number of unpaved roads, however,
in this case, access to the property can be made via the newly built asphalt street Karola Buczka (the last 250 m is on the unpaved Wirowska Street).
