LOCATION:

APARTMENT:
The apartment has a total area of over 33 square meters located on the ground floor of a five-story modern block equipped with an elevator (block completed in 2018). The space is divided into a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a hallway.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchenette features standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. A dining area is arranged with a table and four chairs.

In the bright living room, there is a corner sofa, a chest of drawers, and an RTV cabinet. The living room also has access to a paved terrace and a grassy garden with a total area of about 15 square meters. The entire garden is surrounded by a fence for privacy and discretion.

In the cozy bedroom, there is a bed with a comfortable mattress, two nightstands, and a large wardrobe.

The bathroom contains a large shower cabin, a sink, a toilet, a cabinet, and a washing machine.

In the hallway, there is a coat rack and a shoe cabinet.

Tenants have access to a private above-ground parking space located in front of the block.

A bike room is available for tenants.

The block is located behind a gate, which provides additional security for tenants and their property.

The apartment is under constant care from technical service and rental administration.

NEIGHBORHOOD AND COMMUNICATION:
The location is very well situated and excellently connected.
There are several restaurants and shops in the area (the nearest Biedronka is a 7-minute walk!). Two pizzerias are located near the block. Numerous green areas are nearby.

The bus stop is about 3 minutes away from the block.

Direct access to the Tricity Bypass allows for efficient and comfortable movement throughout the Tricity.

PAYMENTS:
Rent of 2450 PLN + an advance for utility bills depending on the number of residents, amounting to:
- for 1 person 630 PLN in summer / 920 PLN in winter
- for 2 people 730 PLN in summer / 1020 PLN in winter
- for 3 people 840 PLN in summer / 1130 PLN in winter

DEPOSIT:
When signing the contract, a deposit payment is required by bank transfer in the amount of the total monthly payments + 200 PLN. The deposit is returned after the lease ends.

RENTAL PERIOD:
The agreement is signed from 04.08.2025 to 30.07.2026, with the option to extend for another period.

In the case of renting the apartment by a family with children, a temporary lease agreement is signed. Notary costs are covered by the owner.

When signing the agreement, we generate an individual bank account number for you to make all payments related to the rent. Therefore, the deposit and all rental payments are made by transfer.

Pets (except dogs and cats) are allowed on the condition of paying an increased deposit by 50%.

There is a possibility of remote reservation of the apartment!
