5. The location of new advertising carriers and visual information elements is allowed under the following conditions:
1) prohibition of covering the entirety or predominant surfaces of front and side facades of buildings, from the side directly adjacent to public spaces;
6. Non-crossable building lines should be adopted in accordance with the plan drawing and assuming that for areas where there are no graphic markings of building lines, distances from the boundaries of building plots and demarcation lines should be applied in accordance with separate regulations, as specified on the plan drawing building lines at a distance:1) 20 m from the demarcation lines of the ZL function area;
2) 10 m from the demarcation lines of the WS function area;
3) 10 m from the demarcation lines of class G roads;
4) 8 m from the demarcation lines of class L roads;
5) 6 m from the demarcation lines of class D roads;
