c) other divisions than those mentioned in a, b are allowed for internal road divisions in accordance with §13 sec. 1 point 2


5) regarding environmental, nature, and cultural landscape protection:


a) obligation to maintain noise levels in accordance with separate regulations for areas designated for residential development;

b) obligation to maintain existing drainage ditches marked with a graphic symbol on the plan;

c) deviations from the provisions in b are allowed provided that existing drainage ditches are reconstructed;



d) prohibition of fencing building plots at a distance of less than 3.0m from the edge of existing rivers and streams;




e) the entire area is located within the boundaries of the main edges of the Vistula Valley and the Browina River;




f) within the boundaries of the main edges of the Vistula Valley and the Browina River, the following applies:


maintaining the existing historical terrain shape with significant restrictions on changes in existing greenery, allowing necessary changes related to locating buildings, communication service, and technical infrastructure arrangements,



6) regarding landscape and cultural heritage protection, monuments, and contemporary cultural goods:



a) the area is located in the E` exposure protection zone of the Old Town Complex,




b) in the E` exposure protection zone of the Old Town Complex, the following applies:


- prohibition of erecting high-rise buildings;

- prohibition of creating visual barriers with high greenery,

- prohibition of building full fences and any made of concrete prefabricates,



7) regarding communication service, it is established:



a) communication service for the area marked with the symbol 6D 1MN from roads marked with the symbols 6D 01KDL, 03KDD;




b) communication service for the area marked with the symbol 6D 2MN from roads marked with the symbols 6D 01KDL, 6D 04KDD;



8) obligation to provide a minimum of 2 parking spaces per building plot, including garage spaces;


9) regarding technical infrastructure, it is established to reconstruct the existing medium voltage 15kV electricity network from overhead lines to cable
