Detailed provisions:
§ 21. For areas marked on the plan drawing with the symbol: SW/1.ZN ÷ SW/87.ZN, the following is established:
1) Basic purpose: water greenery and undeveloped land, including tree stands, shrubs, permanent and seasonal surface waters;
2) Orders:
a) maintain existing field and water greenery,
b) maintain and protect the existing terrain shape,
c) ensure accessibility for technical service of existing surface waters;
3) Prohibition of locating buildings and structures except for small retention devices and those related to maintaining surface waters;
4) Allowances:
a) realization of new tree stands and shrubs,
b) inland surface waters related to fish production and breeding,
c) realization of tourist trails for pedestrians, bicycles, educational paths, viewpoints, roads to agricultural and forest lands, with the reservation of maintaining the passability of local ecological corridors,
d) technical infrastructure.
§ 29. For areas marked on the plan drawing with the symbol SW/1. KDD ÷ SW/12. KDD, the following is established:
1) Basic purpose of the area: public access road;
2) Related land development mentioned in § 3 sec. 1 point 14;
3) Orders:
a) width in delineation lines, according to the plan drawing: from 8 to 10.0 m, with local widenings in the area of intersections and narrowing in the area of existing buildings according to public road regulations,
b) maintenance of existing tree alleys and avenues as characteristic elements of the cultural landscape;
c) maintenance of material culture objects located in the road delineation lines, especially chapels and roadside crosses,
4) Prohibition of new development within the road delineation lines;
5) Allowances:
a) location of objects and buildings allowed under road regulations,
b) introduction of greenery, including isolation greenery,
c) pedestrian and bicycle paths,
d) realization of technical infrastructure,
e) realization of parking spaces along the roadway.
§ 14. For areas marked on the plan drawing with the symbol: SW/1.U ÷ SW/11.U, the following is established:
1) Basic purpose of the area: service development, in particular: retail trade facilities, gastronomy, hotel services, office services, administrative services, medical offices, hairdressing, cosmetics, tailoring, crafts, facilities and areas for tourism, sports and recreation, public service buildings;
2) Related land development mentioned in § 3 sec. 1 point 14;
3) Orders:
a) building height:
- for economic and garage buildings up to 7 m,
- for service buildings and other objects in areas marked with symbols SW/1.U ÷ SW/4.U up to 12 m,
- for service buildings and other objects in areas marked with symbols SW/5.U ÷ SW/8.U up to 11 m,
