On areas marked with the symbol RO, the following is established:
- prohibition of building structures related to the breeding and keeping of minks, ferrets, foxes, raccoons, nutria, and chinchillas;
- prohibition of building structures related to the breeding and keeping of livestock other than those mentioned in point 1, classified as projects that may always significantly impact the environment, as defined in separate regulations;
- allowance for the construction of structures related to the breeding and keeping of livestock other than those mentioned in point 1, in quantities exceeding 60 livestock units (LU), provided that:
a) these structures may be located more than 1 km from the boundaries of areas defined as: ML, ML-1, ML-2, ML-3, MNU, MNU-1, MNU-2, MNU-3, MOPIII, MU, MUR-1, RP, UN, UN-1, UN-2, US-1, US-2, US-3, UT-1, UT-2, UT-3, ZW - the boundaries of the areas are defined by the delineation lines marked on the plan drawings,
b) their location in areas covered by nature protection forms must take into account prohibitions, orders, and allowances resulting from separate regulations.
