Extract from the auction announcement. Based on Article 28, sections 1 and 2 in connection with Article 38, sections 1 and 2 and Article 40, section 1 point 1 of the Act of August 21, 1997 on real estate management (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1145 with later amendments) and § 6, § 13 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of September 14, 2004 on the manner and procedure for conducting auctions and negotiations for the sale of real estate (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2213). The Mayor of the Mściwojów Commune announces the first unrestricted oral auction for the sale of real estate owned by the Mściwojów Commune located in the area of Mściwojów within the boundaries of undeveloped plot No. 501 with an area of 0.2600 ha. The starting price is 110,000.00 PLN plus VAT 23%. The deposit is 11,000.00 PLN. The minimum bid increment in the auction is no less than 1% of the starting price rounded up to the nearest tens of zlotys. A land and mortgage register No. LE1J/00016967/5 is maintained for the plot. The purpose of the property in the local spatial development plan of the Mściwojów village area is designated as an area for planned single-family development - prospective development areas of the Mściwojów village (88MN). A successive building line is established. To maintain spatial order, the first residential building (according to the building permit) sets the applicable building line for other objects. The dimensions of the planned development are established: maximum allowable height - two stories plus usable attic. Symmetrical gable roofs, situated along the county road 1KD (Z1/2) - in a ridge arrangement. An unexceedable building line is established at a distance of 8.0 m from the boundary line of the Z road (county road 1KD(Z1/2)). Within the boundaries of the plot (from the side of the county road), there is a network of sanitary sewage and water supply as well as a telephone network. Connection to the sewage system through the construction of a home sewage pumping station by the future owner. The plot is located directly next to the water reservoir "Mściwojów". Due to the location of the plot, there is a risk of sludge occurring under the top layer of humus. In other respects, the property is free from other debts and encumbrances. The date of payment of the deposit is considered the date of receipt of funds in the above account. The auction will take place on September 3, 2025, at 12:00 at the seat of the Mściwojów Commune Office (meeting room - room No. 26, first floor).
