Krotka 1, municipality of Szczekociny, Zawiercie County, Silesian Voivodeship, for which the District Court in Myszkow V Land Registry Department maintains the land register number CZ1M/00040948/1 - for the highest price offered, but not lower than 100% of the estimated value, i.e. 71,448.00 PLN seventy-one thousand four hundred and forty-eight zlotys zero groszy.

The condition for participating in the tender is to submit a written offer along with the required documents and to pay a deposit. Interested parties should submit offers in Polish by 12.09.2025 (date of receipt) to the address of the trustee's office: Trustee Marta Tutaj, ul. Silniczna 5/10, 25-515 Kielce in a sealed envelope, on which the note "DO NOT OPEN - Offer CZ1M/00040948/1 case file VIII GUp 257/21" should be placed, as well as the bidder's details.
