- roof geometry – gable or multi-gable roof, with a slope angle of up to 45 degrees; direction of the main ridge adjusted to the shape of the building, height of the main ridge – up to 9 m.
LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY:
In the vicinity, there are single-family residential buildings and single service and multi-family residential buildings, a primary school at a distance of 100m, a banquet hall, a church, unused agricultural land, and the valley of the Brzezinka River. The distance to the center of Czestochowa is about 9 km.
